Colateral is the Data Controller of specific information (Personal Data) we collect about you. Colateral holds Personal Data in a combination of electronic and hard copy files. We take reasonable steps, including the use of secure storage, to ensure that the personal data we hold is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
We will not keep Personal Data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was provided, unless we are required by law or we have other legitimate interests which require us to keep it for longer.
